The sacred-safety guards
Six checks fire before any email is moved. If any one matches, the email stays in your inbox.
- Starred email — never trashed.
- PDF, DOC, XLSX, ZIP attachment — never trashed.
- Invoice or receipt keyword (English + Swedish + German) — never trashed.
- Reply or forward in a thread you participated in — never trashed.
- Calendar invite (.ics) — never trashed.
- No permanent delete — Gorganizer only moves to your Trash folder, where your provider keeps it 30 days.
Per-user sender allowlist
Add any sender (email or whole domain) to your allowlist and Gorganizer will never trash messages from them — even if every signal says "spam". Cap is 500 entries per user.
Global kill-switch
A single environment-variable flag halts every clean run worldwide. Used during incident response; no user action required.
30-day Trash recovery
Gorganizer never permanently deletes anything. Trashed messages live in your Trash folder for 30 days; you can restore any of them with one click from Gmail or Outlook itself.
